‘Little Nicky’, ‘The Killer,’ and ‘Lethal Nicky’, these are the nicknames given to this narcissistic mob boss. Scarfo was one of the cruelest and vicious mob bosses. He ordered the killings of dozens of laymen. Even if he caught someone staring at him, he would want him or her killed.
He enjoyed the celebrity gangster lifestyle. He took inspiration from the mob boss, ‘Al Capone.’ In his time of power, he used to scan through newspapers to see if his men are successful in maintaining terror in NYF.
He ran organized crimes like drug traffic, extortion, first-degree murders, damaging testimony of the informants who murdered on his command, and loan sharking. Other mafia leaders stayed away from drug trafficking for safety reasons, but Little Nicky knew it was the only way to get him millions of dollars. He continued selling drugs, and it ultimately leads to his fall, but he left millions of dollars for his mafia family.
