Not to be confused with monkeypox, this viral infection brings on a whole slew of different problems. Most notably, Monkey B virus has a tendency of causing severe brain damage in infected people. 

If left untreated, the virus has a 40 percent death rate. Those who survive often will have debilitating brain damage for the rest of their lives. Only 50 cases were ever reported, thankfully.
