Ever the partier, it seemed like life was starting to catch up to him a little too much. In 2008, Hiroaki Aoki caught pneumonia that continued to get worse. That year, he died. Upon further inspection, doctors noticed that he had Hep C, cirrhosis, diabetes, as well as pneumonia. 

When Hiroaki Aoki died, a little bit of playboy culture died with him. That being said, his memory lives on in the minds of bon vivants everywhere.
